When Can I Book F1 Bahrain GP 2027 Tickets? Sakhir Sale Dates and Prices

Bahrain is the first race of 2027 and among the first to sell it. Bahrain International Circuit's 2027 event page says tickets "are now available for all BIC's grandstands", and on 1 November 2026 it was selling them at a 15% Early Bird discount. The race runs 12 to 14 March 2027 (Formula 1).

How the 2027 sale has run

BIC announced its 2027 ticket sale in September 2026, with "a limited-time discount of up to 20%". That first phase ended at 12 midnight on Sunday 18 October. The 15% phase followed, and the promoter gives it no end date beyond "limited time".

Here is what the two phases charged for a three-day ticket:

Tickets go through bahraingp.com or the BIC hotline on +973 17450000. The 2027 terms say tickets are non-refundable. The promoter's event page lists only the five grandstands and the 15% Early Bird prices; it publishes no full-price list.

Our take: every step in this sale so far has raised the price, so if a grandstand suits you, the 15% phase is the cheapest seat still offered.

What earlier sales tell you

Sakhir sells out. For the 2025 race, BIC sold every grandstand ticket, along with the Paddock Club, corporate lounges and Champions Club. Its sale for a 2026 race at Sakhir opened on 11 April 2025 with 20% off.

The 2026 race did not happen at Sakhir. Formula 1 moved it to Sepang in Malaysia for 2 to 4 October 2026, and tickets for that race launched in August 2026. The 2027 race returns to Sakhir. Our Sepang 2026 guide covers that one-off.

The sprint, and the F1 store

Formula 1 lists Bahrain among the races getting their first sprint in 2027. The schedule puts Sprint Qualifying on Friday 12 March and the Sprint on Saturday 13 March, times to be confirmed, so Friday and Saturday both carry competitive sessions.

The official F1 store says "Tickets on sale now" on its Bahrain page, but its ticket link leads to a general admission waitlist that reads "Early Bird sales are now closed. Join the waitlist to be the first to know when General Sale opens." The promoter was still selling at the Early Bird price the same day, so check bahraingp.com first.

Hospitality

• F1 Hospitality runs a separate hospitality waitlist that names the F1 Paddock Club among its options, with no prices ("Full details on available packages will be announced soon").
• F1 Experiences lists three 2027 packages: Starter in the Victory grandstand (Thursday to Sunday, with a pit lane walk and a track tour) at $769, Hero in the Main or Turn 1 grandstand from $1,869 for Main, and Champions Club at Beyon at $3,519. Those are US dollar prices before a processing fee of about 3%, as shown on 1 November 2026. It also offers a deposit for priority access.

Getting to Sakhir

The F1 store places the circuit about 30 km from Manama, with taxis, rideshare and official shuttles over race weekend. Parking near the circuit is for car-pass holders: for the 2025 race, BIC ran shuttle buses every 10 minutes from a park-and-ride for fans without one. BIC had not published a 2027 transport plan by 1 November 2026.
