The 2027 British Grand Prix runs from 2 to 4 July 2027 on the Formula 1 calendar, and Silverstone lists the event as 1 to 4 July because Thursday is a fan day. You can book now. General sale opened on 24 September 2026, and Silverstone's ticket page says 2027 Formula 1 tickets are on sale. What you missed, if you are only looking now, is a month of presales.
Key takeaways
- On sale now. General sale opened 24 September 2026.
- Presales ran in this order: Amex hospitality (8 Sep), Silverstone Racing Club Full Circuit (16 Sep) and Grid (17 Sep), Amex tickets (21 Sep), camping and glamping bookers (23 Sep).
- The George Russell Grandstand is already sold out. GA+ was still on sale on 30 October.
- On the F1 store, three-day grandstands start at £845 (Abbey A). Silverstone hospitality starts at £419 for one day.
The 2027 presale timeline
Silverstone published the full sequence in its presale guide. Each window opened ahead of the next, and the Full Circuit members' window sold out.
| Date (2026) | Who got in | Length |
|---|---|---|
| 8 September | American Express Card Members, hospitality only (Racing Green, Red Bull Pole Position, Moët & Chandon Club) | 48 hours |
| 10 September | All hospitality opens to everyone | Ongoing |
| 16 September | Silverstone Racing Club Full Circuit members | 48 hours (sold out) |
| 17 September | Silverstone Racing Club Grid members | 24 hours |
| 21 September | American Express Card Members, tickets | 48 hours |
| 23 September | Official camping and glamping bookers | Until general sale |
| 24 September | General sale | Ongoing |
Silverstone opened the Amex presale to "all new and existing American Express Card Members". The guide does not limit it to cards issued in the UK. The presale terms add that you must pay with an Amex Card, that prepaid Amex cards are not accepted, and that purchase limits may apply.
The guide's FAQ lists three ways in ahead of general sale: Silverstone Racing Club membership, an American Express Card, and official camping or glamping. It mentions no waitlist presale and no priority for past ticket holders. If you want a head start for 2028, those are the three routes Silverstone names. For how the Amex programme works across the whole calendar, see our F1 2027 presales guide.
What you can buy, and what it costs
Silverstone's ticket explainer covers general admission (single days, three-day and four-day), GA+, more than 20 grandstands, the Landostand and the new George Russell Grandstand. New for 2027, select grandstands also sell Prime View Seats (grandstands page).
Silverstone's own pages load prices in the browser rather than printing them. The official F1 ticket store prints them, with "no booking fees":
| Three-day grandstand (F1 store) | Price | Status on 30 Oct 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| Abbey A | £845 | On sale |
| Hamilton Straight B | £949 | On sale |
| Abbey B | £995 | Sold out |
| Club Corner | £1,031 | Sold out |
| Hamilton Straight A (covered) | £1,161 | Sold out |
Children get a break in general admission. Under-11s go free on Friday and get 50% off Saturday, Sunday and weekend tickets, and under-2s are free all weekend (GA page). In Copse A to C, National Pit Straight, Stirling A, Vale and Woodcote B, under-11s get 25% off (grandstands page).
Hospitality at Silverstone
Silverstone sells its own hospitality, and its hospitality hub lists these "from" prices:
| Package | From |
|---|---|
| Racing Green | £419 |
| Torque Club (new for 2027) | £469 |
| Legends Club | £539 |
| Heritage Club | £559 |
| Fusion Lounge | £739 |
| Octane Terrace | £799 |
| Moët & Chandon Club | £889 |
| Starting Grid | £999 |
| Red Bull Pole Position | £1,049 |
| Sprint Explorer | £1,159 |
Apart from Sprint Explorer, a two-day package (Friday in Racing Green, Saturday in Octane Terrace), those are single-day prices, and the day matters. Per guest including VAT, Racing Green is £419 on Friday, £629 on Saturday, £1,289 on Sunday and £2,109 for all three days. Starting Grid overlooks the start/finish line and the pit lane from suites in the Hilton Garden Inn, includes event admission, and runs £4,759 for two days or £5,039 for three.
If the pit lane is what you are after, F1 Experiences lists a 2027 Pit Lane package: a reserved Friday to Sunday seat in Abbey A or the George Russell Grandstand, plus a Thursday promoter pit lane walk, inner track access and the T1 afterparty. Silverstone sells inner track access and the afterparty as extras too. F1 Experiences had no Paddock Club package listed for Silverstone 2027 on 30 October. Our F1 hospitality guide explains how the Paddock Club, Champions Club and pit lane walks differ.
Getting to Silverstone
There is no drop-off at the circuit, so plan this before you book a hotel. Silverstone's getting-here page lists:
- Shuttle buses from Milton Keynes, Northampton, Banbury, Coventry and Oxford Parkway stations, £8 per person per day return, cheapest if booked before 31 March 2027.
- Park and Ride at £8 per person plus a £10 vehicle pass.
- National Express and Megabus coaches.
Our Silverstone 2026 connectivity guide covers phone signal at the circuit and the routes in from London. If you are coming from outside the UK, a UK eSIM covers the trip, and a Europe eSIM covers Silverstone and the Austrian Grand Prix a week later on one plan.
The rest of 2027
Silverstone is one of the earlier sales on the calendar. Our F1 2027 on-sale dates hub tracks every round, and the Belgian GP 2027 tickets guide covers Spa three weeks later.

How we did this comparison
Every date, price and inclusion here was read on the official Silverstone, Formula 1 ticket store and F1 Experiences pages on 30 October 2026. Prices are what those pages showed that day and can change, and sold-out areas can come back if tickets are returned. We do not link resale sites.
